Canterbury District Health Board Meetings

During 2011, ordinary meetings of the Canterbury DHB will generally be held monthly on a Friday, although there may be occasional variations. Meetings will normally begin at 9.00 am.

It is intended that Board meetings will be held in the Princess Margaret Hospital, Level 3 H Block, Christchurch. However, there may be meetings held at other venues around the district.

In accordance with the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, public notice of the date, time and venue of meetings of the Board and committees will be given in the latter part of each month, by notice in newspapers circulating within the Canterbury district. Notice will also be given on the Canterbury DHB website and by such other public notification as the Board decides.

Agendas will be available on our website two working days prior to the meetings.

Members of the public are welcome to attend, subject only to the right of the DHB to decide to take some item(s) of business while the public are excluded. Copies of the agenda and associated reports will be available at the public meeting.

The agenda and associated reports of any public meeting are available for inspection (two working days prior to the meeting) at the Canterbury DHB's Corporate Office, Level 2, The Princess Margaret Hospital, Cashmere Road, Christchurch.
