Requirements:

Doctor must fill in an Allergy Prick Skin Testing Clinic form - to obtain a copy please click here.
Patient must make an appointment by phoning the Immunology department on 364 0414
Patient must not take antihistamines for 72 hours prior to appointment
Patient must bring Allergy Prick Skin Testing Clinic form completed by doctor to appointment
