After completing her BSc at Canterbury University Rosemary started her post graduate Diploma in Medical laboratory science at Pearson's Laboratory (later Medlab South). She then moved to CHL in 1993 where she completed her Specialist Level in Microbiology. Her areas of expertise are blood cultures and bacterial gastroenterology.
