Work Solutions is a health funded initiative that works in partnership with employers to fulfill their staffing needs.
We are staffed by registered Occupational Therapists with experience in mental health and support staff who have experience in seeking appropriate work settings.
At Work Solutions we have job seekers with a range of qualifications and work histories.Our clients have all experienced mental illness.
We aim to save the employer time and money by matching job seekers to the work environment. We know that finding the right person for the job is only the first step.Fitting into a unique work place is the next step for anyone in a new position. Work Solutions will continue to provide support for as long as is needed.
Our staff members are available to provide job training, education and on-site visits. We can undertake productivity assessments and arrange subsidies.Our job seekers may have already been involved in one or more of our programmes. These include car maintenance and dismantling, horticulture, sewing, catering and cleaning, woodwork, art, retail, site maintenance, computer training, industrial assembly and mail-out preparation.
