Who We Are

Now a well, established business, Ali’s Home Help has grown tremendously over the past three years, providing a high standard of service for home help and personal care at competitive rates, with a number of extra ingredients.

Ali Williams (nee Tainui from Arahura) and her husband Phillip both have a strong commitment to improving the access of the elderly, the sick and Maori to the kind of home help services that they believe all people deserve, but often do not get because of the general lack of understanding of their special needs.

Service Standards

Our aim is to provide a service with a high degree of professionalism, flexibility and a strong commitment to giving the customer what they need.

We personally interview all customers at their place before any work is commenced.

For your peace of mind all of our staff are security checked being employed. Ali’s Home Help staff, all have photo ID tags.
Our personal guarantee of satisfaction gives you the assurance that the work will be done right.

We also work closely with other service providers in the community to find ways to assist clients of all ethnic backgrounds to access home help and home based personal care.
